Age range? - any persons 18+ can benefit from & participate in Pilates exercise.
I'm injured, can I exercise? - yes, there are a plethora of movement options to stretch & strengthen & modifications are available for almost anything!
Will my posture improve? - yes! Core, spine & back strengthening will keep your spine erect, while shoulder & neck releases reduce muscle tension, creating lengthening effects.
Do I need equipment? - yes & no. Just a mat is enough & you can scale up from there if you wish.
Do I need experience? - no, anyone can learn Pilates & if you have experience, you can advance!
Is it mat or reformer? - whatever equipment you have is the type of session we can hold.
